I am a fully timed served gas engineer and have been in the trade for 9 years. The last 4 of which i have been a british gas approved contractor completing installations across the north west of england. Excellent service by Ellis and his Apprentice, with a difficult job replacing a complete central heating system after the 40 year old Baxi Boiler finally failed! As the house was occupied by a vulnerable 92 year old, it was important the hot water was off for the least possible time and hence they worked with the minimum of breaks, helped with moving furniture and planned work around the elderly resident to cause as little disturbance to her. House was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.
