My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.

Craig was able to fix a flushing issue for the main bathroom of our house and did a little repair for out light fixture (being loose), for a very reasonable price! Flush works great and the refilling of the cistern tank doesn't take as long as it did previously (when it was working). I've contacted several plumbers in Torfaen, most overcharged (e.g. one couldn't quote the work but said call out charge was £93!! Highly recommend Craig and his company! Will be using him for other works too!
