Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. A fantastic and trustworthy plumber. Went out of his way to ensure the end result was that of a highly professional standard. Additionally, Stuart was able to explain how the shower likely broke and backed it up with visual evidence (ie opened up the shower parts and pointed out the faults). I couldn't fault the job he did.
