Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. Very pleased overall, posted on rated people got a text, email and WhatsApp almost straight away, Jonathan offered to come out the same day to look at works needing done and gave a reasonable quote and a day and time to complete the works which were to replace an old toilet, fit taps to bathroom sink and bath, fit a new sink and tap in the kitchen! Needed to purchase a toilet Johnathan kindly bought one in order to fit it on said date! Arrived promptly and completed the works in a tidy manner. Recommend!
