Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Ian at Chaps. When my boiler stopped working in the winter, the emergency callout fee was lower than any electricity company's. He put in a quick fix so that I could have hot water again straight away, and came back a few days later to do the full fix. Not only that: when he noticed that a radiator wasn't working and that a pipe wasn't earthed, he fixed them too for no extra! Cheery and friendly, I now contact them directly for any issues.
