Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.

Andrey did a fantastic job replacing our broken shower base, rewaterproofing, retiling with travertine tiles & fitting a new door. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout, even when delays were caused by faulty supplies. He also gave excellent advice on materials and purchases. Very reasonably priced. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Had great initial quote and got the job fitted in quite quickly, job taking longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, job is still incomplete and I am to say the least very unsatisfied with the quality of the work. May now have to get someone in get quote to rectify and finish the job.
