We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications. I would not hesitate to use Richard and White again and would highly recommend them.

We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.
