We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

The cracked pedestal is right under the sink, so have not noticed it until now, although I have now sent you a photo from the day of install. You definitely asked for more money for labour as well, even though it took you longer because of your mistakes, so that is not true.
