As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.
