A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I am Andrew, Sole Trader under A.N. Electrical & Home. I offer various handyman services such as flat pack furniture, laminate flooring, and general maintenance. I also offer basic electrical services within my legal capability. I am currently retraining to gain the necessary qualifications in this field, allowing me to join a competent person scheme. As such, I am currently able to provide fault finding services, or install basic electrical fittings. I have been developing my practical skillset since childhood, always working with my father and grandfather around the house. From this origin, I have since been in the engineering field both electrically and mechanically, but decided to return to my genetical roots. Booked for a small job, needed a new hand rail fitted on stairs, replaced two colour end panels in the kitchen and had two wall cabinets fitted. Came out when said to quote and we booked for works to be completed . Pleased with work and would recommend booking.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Started off well then started disappearing off to other jobs (I am not local to the property) then carried out small painting touch up at another property. Tried to say he put 4 men into a terraced property, it’s just a days work for one person then tried to charge £1300!. Main job not completed and failed to turn up the Thursday because their car had been impounded as no insurance, refused to pay £1300 but asked for a fair price. They have now disappeared without completing what they have been paid to do

was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.
