Older, type 10 and type 11 radiators will likely need replacing before you can install your heat pump, whilst newer types 21 and 22 will most likely be fine.

Holland gas performed a gas safety inspection and boiler service. I wasn't present but it seems that everything went well. They contacted the tenant a number of times in advance and were easy to deal with. I was looking for a an alternative to my current plumbing company that had made some mistakes and also were not always available when I needed them, Holland Gas were slightly more expensive but I believe their quality level and availability may be better.
