A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. Mon Roofing and Building Contractors have been going for near enough 20years. i started up as a roofing and building only buisnes but over the years grew to contracting projects ie extensions , annexes, new builds ext. i have an impressive portfolio and have not used the rated people platform since 2014 . but due to not going for the larger project have now come back on here to look for smaller contracts.
Arwel stood out from the other contractors who applied to do the job because he visited before quoting and made some additional recommendations. He replaced guttering, some loose root tiles and also recommended that we use some protective edging that he also installed. Roof looks great.

Hi thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Jon, I am time served tradesman NVQ Level 3, I have gained vast experience in17 years that i have been plastering, internal, external, specialist, external rendering systems. I have a very good reputation.
Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda
