Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Been paid £1000, after weeks on a 3-4 day job, the job still wasn’t finished. Lied about the costs of materials and pocketed the rest. Didn’t show up multiple times. Made such a mess. Leaving food wrappers/packaging in my house, cigarette ends on my drive/garden. Damaged my carpet, walls and ceiling. Made an awful attempt at the tiling. Damaged the tiles, left huge gaps, uneven gaps. After a few days the tiles fell off. Would not return my house key and still hasn’t after weeks.£1400 nothing to show for it

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
