Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. We were very impressed with Dan’s attention to detail, standard of workmanship and care taken. We were happy with the original installation but it is a tribute to Dan that he identified an issue and came back to do more work until he was satisfied it was just right. Dan kept us informed of progress and was very pleasant to deal with. When we had an issue with planning permission Dan provided detailed drawings of the sash window specifications. No hesitation in recommending. Windows look lovely.
