Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me. I was very pleased with the complete set of events associated with the work that Paul did. He responded promptly to the initial enquiry, quoted (we discussed this to ensure that the basis of the quote was understood), arrived at the agreed time, completed the installation & left all in good order.
