Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

They also protect the rafters from structural damage, caused if they were left exposed to the elements. All of the services for Fascia and Soffits upgrades/repairs are provided at a reasonable price that everyone can afford!
The work was very poorly done, it was not completed properly and on top of that, they damaged some tiles on my porch and bay window. They took the money and ran. Now can't get hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere

I have been in the roofing business for 30 year's and have many happy customers.I prefer working with slate products .Swithland being my favourite to work with . I work alone now so mainly concentrate on extensions and repairs such as finding leaks , rebedding ridges and gables , reflashing chimneys and relaying valleys.
I am very pleased with the job Steve has done on my roof. Steve provided a quote the same days the amount of which I thought was reasonable for the work. Over 30 years trading in landscapes and driveways fencing all over Cheshire Liverpool and Manchester all roofing jobs done to high standards just good honest work without all the lies and crap that some people tell you .

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.
