NOT to be trusted . Turned up measured up over 2 months ago . Requested £300 to cover the cost of the UVPC pillars saying they would be back a week later. Said the materials weren’t in and would be in touch . Lots of txts etc trying to progress but no progress. Now trying to get my money back but not responding to calls messages or e mails. Would like to leave this review just to say how overwhelmingly positive my experience I had dealing with the gents at refresh was. I have an autistic son that is very sensitive to loud noises and doesn’t take too well strangers at the house. I told the guys this and they were more than reassuring and completely accommodating to my situation. The job was done quietly, clean and to a professional standard. I would like add they hand sanded each door to keep noise to a minimum. 10/10
