Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard. I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. Paul and his team did a fantastic job, stripping back, filling gaps and repainting wooden window frames and sills. They also repainted my front door and concrete sills with weather proof paint. This was done over 2-3 days with ladders, giving two coats of paint. The work was so good 2 other neighbours on the street hired them!

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
