We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

I can't rate Len highly enough. Great professional yet friendly service. Turned up when he said he would, did the job that he said he would in the time that he said he would. And between times, gave advice, explained the issues and what else I could do that would help. He went through the rest of the flat and sealed the other windows as a bonus. Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed.
