The tradesman failed to complete the agreed job,saying that he didn't fully understand what needed to be done for a window that needed external access / scaffolding. Admittedly he reduced the price by £60. My wife paid him. I most definitely would not have until he had completed the agreed work to my satisfaction. Lesson Learnt.

Made appointment but failed to turn up. He cost me money, I had to pay 2 men to open up site and wait for him on a Bank Holiday. He deserves a negative feedback because this is an expensive industry we cannot have unreliable and unreasonable people who fail to communicate amongst us
