We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could.
