Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. I am a sole trader, I have been fitting windows, doors, conservatories and doing general building work for the past 25 years. I am Certass and Q.A.N.W registered. All UPVC installations are covered by a ten year warranty. Only quality products used.
Obviously the previous cost of £75 I paid in May shall be deducted from the new bill. If the quality of your work is satisfactory, then I' ll consider a withdrawal of my previous rating and give you a reasonable customer review. Thanks Jun

Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful.
