Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied

Hi I have been a carpenter for about 20 years or so. I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. Of recent years l have worked a lot as a cabinet maker so l am quite versatile. No job is too small, l will even come and put together some flat pack furniture for you or simply hang a shelf as l do realise not anyone has the tools or knows someone that can do a small job for them. Ivan is a hardworking and efficient wood flooring expert. It's a late Victorian house, we requested removal of two old damaged woodchip boards. The area was two first floor landings. We asked for reclaimed pine floorboards to be put down. He did a wonderful job of replacing them to match some original ones. Then sanded, primed and vanished the floor twice. Ivan was enthusiastic and took pride in his work. He tidied, up each of th four days work, hoovered area and took away rubbish. Highly recommend

Lucas did a fantastic job of sanding, fixing and varnishing our wooden floor in our small back bedroom. He was very professional and friendly and even helped with trying to fix a leak in a water pipe below the floorboard . Kept in constant contact with us too. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended!
