Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. We were very pleased.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Coming after a bad experience with a very slow tradesman, it was such a relief and pleasure to deal with Dave Ellingford. From initial quote to completion of job he was absolutely reliable and a good job was done by his friendly guys in an unbelievably quick time. I've been working in the building trade for 28 years as a carpenter & joiner but also experienced in most trades and also been project managing complete re-build of properties for various company's over the years including lofts extension to wet room and bathrooms to fitted bespoke kitchens.
The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient.
