We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. When we take waste away to dispose of for our customers we must hold a waste carriers licence to transport any kind of waste. We must responsibly tip our waste at a tip that weighs the amount of waste and charges us a fee depending on the amount of waste. Our gardeners must also do this in their own time, which is normally at the weekends when they are not gardening. Therefore, all waste removal is an extra charge from the gardening service. Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Carl and his fantastic team did an excellent job, relining both upper and lower ponds and the connecting stream. They created shelves where there were none before and made entry and exit to the larger pond far safer. They discussed all aspects of the work with us, listening to our requests. Returning the feisty frogs to the pond afterwards became Tim's job! They also replaced 3 large fence panels brilliantly. Overall, we would happily recommend New Dawn to anyone wanting any gardening and pond work.
