They talked me through everything and assured me that everything would be done to the highest quality, which it was. Laurence is a very good communicator and my house was left very tidy upon completion of the job. Would definitely use again and recommended.

Cancelled the first appointment, then on second attempt was 45 minutes late and bailed claiming there was no parking, despite there being gated parking had he just called when he arrived instead of cancelling the job

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
