Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

I have been a joinery for 13 years served my time with a good squad of joiner and was well trained in all aspect of joiner. I have my level 3 NVQ and diploma in carpenter and joinery. I do all joiner work and take on small renovation contracts, can supply and fit all materials.
