The tradesman failed to complete the agreed job,saying that he didn't fully understand what needed to be done for a window that needed external access / scaffolding. Admittedly he reduced the price by £60. My wife paid him. I most definitely would not have until he had completed the agreed work to my satisfaction. Lesson Learnt.

James turned up bang on time after cancelling the previous day due to an emergency callout. He replaced the diaphragm and resealed the valve, which was tricky due to bad placement and being about 40 years old! Very pleasant lad, clean and tidy work and even took away our old one. Great service, would use again.
