Job started when agreed and progress looked good until day 3 when all stopped, have been left with an incomplete bathroom, tiles that aren’t correctly stuck to the wall, damage to the new toilet vanity unit due to his expert cutting skills leaving a huge hole above where toilet sits, grout that falls out. Left a large selection of tools behind and never heard from him again. Having to hire another contractor to complete the job.

Did a good job considering terrible weather conditions. This did not deter Sean though. He carried on regardless. Only negative comment (more from husband than me) was that the rubble has been put into the gardening refuse bin. As the council will not remove it, my husband will have to empty it out and try to dispose of himself.
