The following day after I had a stopcock and pipework replaced by Jamie, I discovered that he had cut into another pipe when removing the old ones, causing a leak. I dont know for sure if he knew he had done this. I think he did, but judge for yourself based on the following. Over several days, I called his mobile, I left whatssapp messages, i sent several emails. No responses from any of them. Strange as they all seemed to be working when he contacted me to get the job.

This company started off all ok. When their expert evaluated the leak from my boiler he said that my pump needed replacing costing a total of £685. However since they thought they had fixed my water leak I found that I still had a leak. I spoke to them a few times and they have chosen to ignore me. Don’t use them to fix anything because they are simply clueless

Very rude person. Unreliable. Came and saw my roof three times. Still leaking. He only will come back if you give him an incentive (my incentive was I had other family members close by wanting repairs) otherwise he will make excuses and say leave it with me and give no indication when he will come after asking several times. He has checked my roof three times and claims he is an expert but has failed to identify the issue. He will just do a shoddy job to just get onto his next job. Will not recommend.
