Job diagnosed and resolved, I wasn't at the property at the time but I want to thank the tradesperson involved. One thing I would have liked prior to the visit was a conversation on the phone, as the solution was a replacement seal. I did try to call but was advised to text only. If I was able to discuss the issue first then I might have been able to resolve the problem myself and avoid the charge, which I expect mostly covered the call out. The customer service and knowledge though was superb.

Pleasant older chap, easy to talk to. I needed someone urgently to install an outside toilet and Robert was available within a few days. Toilet took longer than anticipated to fit as fittings were hard for him to get hold of, but now fitted nice and secure and plumbing work all OK in copper as agreed. Gave a competitive fixed price for the job so even though he took his time I was happy. The toilet seat was initially loose which he later tightened for me.

I contacted Leyland Gas. Wayne came out very promptly to see the job today. (I had a radiator fitted. I'm my bedroom. And came home last Tuesday to find it had literally fell off the wall! ) it was lying on the floor! Wayne came out today, and it was all sorted. Now, all my radiators are nice and warm. Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.
