The job was to erect an 8 x 10 plastic shed and eco deck flooring as a shed base. Ben was unable to lay the shed base membrane and flooring and I was asked to visit B&Q to purchase cable ties. The floor tiles could not be laid. The shed took a very long time to work out and was left unfinished until the following day. I paid Ben £60 the next day he returned and could not align the roof so tied it with cable ties. He did not return and I had to pay another builder to collapse the damaged shed.

Darren did an excellent job of laying our patio. He came to give a quote within an hour of posting the job on here. He responded to texts quickly and arrived when he said he would. He is friendly, works hard and tidies up afterwards. The works was carried out to a high standard and to the agreed price, despite my buying slightly too few of varying thickness slabs, when he had quoted for calibrated ones. Would use him again. Very impressed.

I discussed with my partner and we obtained several quotes to install a new boiler, one quote was from British Gas, Not only were QERB the lowest price they also offered a super quick install which we needed.
