Demanded payment before he left wasn't advise of the cost until the work was done. Had a crying child who I was unable to see to as had to sort out payment couldn't wait for a bank transfer next day.Advised of the plumbing advised be able to pay some in cash now some bank transfer later. Finished up did requested report then advised of the charge. Rates seemed a bit high but as I weren't given a quote at the beginning I didn't have much choice but to pay. Wouldn't use this plumber again
