Phoned them bk because there was still a small drip. Was politely told " i was nice enough to yell you you need more work on your roof. With a quote of 860. Had a different roofer take a look who advised me against any such work at that price. After several txts he became very rude and refused to even consider coming bk. I paid 250 for a bit of dealant and putting bk 3-4 tiles. Lessons learned, I'll thoroughly research any company before allowing any work to be done. Shame because i really liked the guys.

Avoid.. Rude. Late. Should be removed from this site. Im apalled. Swore at me said i was drunk for some bizarre reason. Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. I cant drive as I have a broken ankle from a car crash. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour

Job not completed. Left with no skirting. Paid in "good faith" as they said they would return. Work done thus far is excellent. Jury is out on rating. Will change if job gets completed.Make sure you have a firm quote for all the work required. Job not closed. Still active.

Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.
