Responded really quickly and arrived when planned. Vasile replaced my kitchen tap, taking me down to the store to choose one I liked. My shower remains in need of fixing but I've gone back to the plumber that fitted it now for some help with this. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vasile.
