Jay fit time in his calendar for us really fast after the leak, and did a superb job, making sure everything was in fantastic shape up on the roof. Really easy to hire and excellent effort for what we needed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Nicky did a really great job on a kitchen fitting which proved very much harder to fix than we had realised. She was very competent, patient and diligent. Beyond 5* really. Thankyou so much.

Andy and his team were very responsive. Most importantly Andy turned up on time, stuck to his quote, and produced what was expected. He's an honest chap and talks you through all issues. Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. He was reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

I had two gates installed on my drive and they look fantastic. GM landscapes completed the job within a week of accepting. I would definitely recommend them as they provided excellent value for money. I will be using them again!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. The bonus was that he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made which was indeed minimal! Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. The work done appears to be all I wanted. Overall I am very pleased.
