I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Bit of difficulty getting messages answered, but arrived early on the agreed date, which was fine. Completed the task quickly and effectively. The company's terms request payment once the quote is accepted. I pay once the job is completed (unless it's a large job, requiring a deposit, for example.) He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. I said I am not them and I would transfer the money this afternoon.

Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged.
