Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall
