Very pleased with the work that Adrian did for us. He has a great work ethic and insisted on fixing other little jobs for no extra cost. We were particularly impressed with him managing to attach the bath panel flush with the bath given that the frame would have had it poking out. He fixed that brilliantly. Thank you Adrian! Both guys turned up on time and got to work immediately, finished on time. The bill was paid in full in good faith. The next day it turned out that they had missed one corner of the room and this was an issue for the wooden flooring going down. Contacted them via Whatsapp and they quoted an additional 30% of the price to come back and fix the bit that they missed. Went with another who sorted it first time.

Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.

After getting a reasonable quote for the work, Mr Rankine was then able to start the work at a time which suited my husband and myself. The work was done to a high standard, which was plastering three walls in a bedroom. Am very pleased with the end result, the walls now look brilliant, lovely smooth finish and ready for painting. If I needed any more plastering work done in the future I would definitely use Mr Rankine again.
