Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. We were so impressed we booked him in to do some further work a couple of weeks later, and we are thrilled with the final result. Will definitely use again.

Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.
