After speaking with Martin ( M.g. Decor services) on the phone , He arrived at house to look at job within a couple of days. We had a good chat about what we thought was needed and agreed a price and timeframe for the work to be done. He arrived on site on the date agreed and had 6 (as it turned out) very experienced tradesmen.. They were onsite for 3 days solid and completed the work to the T. Very very happy and would recommend for all types of jobs. If I could rate Martin and the guys 6 stars I would.
I have over 14 years of experience in the building trade(started young). I am able to do all aspects of building work except plumbing and electrics and take great joy in all i do. Being a builder I have realised their is always solutions to any problem.
Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

An absolute disgrace. Didn't get a quote after requesting for one. Tradesperson didn't have the courtesy to show concern or interest in the job I needed. I won't be using rated people ever again if this is the calibre of businesses they keep on their site.
