Very Dissapointing. Said you had fixed the roof and today it rains and the leak is still there further damaging our walls that now the insurance has to come out. At this point we can't give you a good recommendation as we still have the problem and we haven't been able to get hold of you as the mobile is always switched off Don't like giving bad reviews but on this occasion I have too because now we have further damage which could of been prevented if tiles were fixed.

Very unhappy. Came to fix a shower and told us the pump was broken, replaced the pump and said everything was ok. The shower still does not work 3 weeks later. We have constantly phoned him, left answer machine messages, text messages explaining the problem, he has not responded to any calls whatsoever. We was charged £240 for parts and Labour and we are in the same position as we were 3 weeks ago. Considering what my next move should be. The job was done for my 84 year old mother who only has a shower.

During the course of the work I found Dave and his workers to be diligent, tidy, professional and extremely hard working. They always arrived on time and kept me well informed as things progressed. I was so impressed with the quality of work that I also got Dave to rebuild a garden wall and lay a garden path, both of which I am also delighted with.
