Howard is pleasant and very likeable. He is honest, reliable, and very hard working. He will work long hours to get the job done as per agreement. His work is of high standard, and he will not cut any corners. If you are not happy with the wall covering, he is more than happy to apply the extra coat or two. He is proud of his work, and he believes in customer satisfaction. He is not messy ,but when you handle liquid, then there is bound to be splash and droplets. He tidies up everything good.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
