Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. Hi I’m neil from nc roofing I’m new to rated people we we have people on are team with 15 -25 year experience , we cover all aspects of roofing from fixing broken slates and leaking gutter to full re roofs there’s no job to small and most certainly we cover it all ,, we will give you friendly free advice ,and a free quotation there’s a couple of bad ratings on my account due to fake leads being added buy dud names and people just leaving a bad review and work was. Not even undertaken
Replaced fascia panels on roof, lasted just over 7 months, blew off with storm. Advised put on wrong, glued on in places and missing bricks & repointing was needed prior to being put on, was not advised this needed doing. Requested invoice, never received.

He very quickly determined the cause of my problem (and just as quickly arrived at the required solution). Returned the very next day (as mutually agreed) and completed the required repair work in very good time. As other customers have mentioned, Neale was very friendly and cleaned up any debris post work. Good price too! Rest assured I will be calling on Neale again should I need any other work doing.
