I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better.
