Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.

Bryan of Valley Maintenance was very good. He contacted me when he couldn't make the time to do a quote and rearranged. He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job. He turned up to do the work on the day and we are very pleased with the resulting concrete plinth he provided us with. I would use Bryan again for other work.

I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards

If i could give 6 stars I would, From the first point of contact with Frank on revamping my back garden to him coming to my house to brainstorm ideas. Discussing renewing decking Frank gave me an idea of building a retaining wall and back filling the space to have a level even garden. Frank and James were punctual and professional on site. The whole job seemed effortless (from my kitchen window). Given what was required. If I ever need anything else done garden or driveway wise i'll be calling him!!

Alex arrived exactly when he said he would even though he had to travel from Hamilton to East Lothian. He quickly located our problems and resolved them very efficiently. The flat charge solved the issue of travelling distance.

Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

I cannot rate this tradesman low enough – I’ve had to hire qualified tradesmen to complete the job Mr Montgomery started because he refused to see me and called me a c*nt. The tradesman he recommended was so poor that the electrician I had to hire to fix his mess after nothing in my flat would work informed me the work he did was illegal and questioned whether he was actually trained. I now cannot get reimbursement that he agreed upon back. This job cost me an un-budgeted £1000 in extra tradesmen.
