Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. Our job never went ahead as we discussed the scope of the work over phone, text and pictures, had the date and price set. Then, not even 12 hours before they were supposed to come round, they thought they needed to re-evaluate the scope with no new information, double the pricing and said we could only discuss the price a little, despite the massive and sudden increase. They haven't since I tried to negotiate the price closer to the original number.
