The light we had fitted was faulty so I had to exchange it and he came back a few days later and re-fitted it which was very good of him as he didn't need to do that.

My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.
Great tradesman, knows exactly what he is talking about. would easily recommend. Going to get him in to have some other work done soon. Not overly technical and explains what he is doing bit by bit so you can understand.
