I have been in the trade for 30 years and have carried out a huge number of successful renovations from full house conversions to bathrooms, wetrooms, and ensuites. I have worked for years with a number of different experienced tradesmen and can complete any renovation job in a timely managed manner. I have a wealth of experience in hydrated screed and water underfloor heating systems, unfortunately, I see so many people getting this expensive process wrong.

IKEA furniture construction services £17.50 per hour. Minimum call out charge £40 Special day rate £115 - 7.5 hours Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £125 - 7.5 hours Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £70 Special day rate £190 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum charge of £70.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.
