Thomas was very polite, straightforward and clear about what he was going to do. He let me know how he was going to do the job and when. I would definitely ask him to do further jobs for me in the future.
Honest (pointed out when I wrote a cheque that would have overpaid), good value for money, occasionally a little tricky to get hold of as he lives out of mobile reception. The work is all good, shower is lovely, and the smaller other jobs that we asked him to do were all done just as well as the main one.
